Make sure you've always got plenty of fresh ice on hand with the Avantco Ice air cooled modular nugget ice machine with bin! Capable of producing up to 550 lb. of nugget ice per day, you'll always have plenty of ice to serve on demand at your restaurant, bar, or cafe. An included ice bin holds an impressive 383 lb. of ice, making it ideal for busy establishments that can not afford long periods of downtime while ice is being made. The ice bin features bright LED lights and a convenient spring-loaded door with hidden hinges that stays open when fully lifted to provide easy access to the ice inside. Also included is a sanitary ice scoop and a scoop holder ledge inside the bin for easy storage. For ease of maintenance, a built-in diagnostic system will identify problems that your ice machine may be having and will display the issue on the digital controller so it can be repaired accordingly. This easy-to-use controller can also be used to monitor the current stage of ice production that your machine is in. Plus, a removable air filter and baffle on the bin makes for quick and simple cleaning and maintenance. This ice machine with bin is constructed of durable 304 stainless steel with a polyethylene interior to last in the busiest of commercial environments. The bin is also made with a corrosion-resistant metallic alloy exterior, making it ideal for settings that are high in moisture and humidity. With (4) 6" adjustable legs, you can level your machine on uneven surfaces and have plenty of room to clean under it. Integrated spacers included on the back of the machine ensure required airflow needed to keep your unit from overheating. It also uses R-290 refrigerant, and the ice bin drain pipe comes from underneath the backside with a rear recessed drain fitting for maximum installation flexibility. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation. Avantco: How to Clean and Sanitize Your Ice Machine

How to clean and sanitize your ice machine before starting empty the bin of any ice. Open the top by unlocking the fixed locks on top of the ice maker. Remove the sink cover and ice tank top cover. Next, prepare a cleaning solution according to its instructions. Spray the sink cover plate and ice tank top cover with a solution. Let's sit for 15 minutes, then rinse with clean water, drain the reservoir and add approximately one liter of your solution. Soak for 15 minutes. Then use a siphon to drain the solution. Next, spray the ice auger and upper part of the barrel with your solution. Use a cleaning cloth dipped in the appropriate solution to wipe down the ice auger and upper part of the barrel. Let's stand for 15 minutes, then rinse with clean water. Fill the sink with approximately one liter of clean water siphon, and repeat this rinsing procedure three times or until clean. Repeat the entire process with a sanitizing solution. Allow all components to dry before reinstalling to their original position. Clean, sanitize, and completely rinse the bin.
